I heard it on T-bone and Heather this morning. I called in and asked T-Bone where the guy is supposed to hold his donut. :yay:

Jeez..I am barely awake at 5:30 am. I wouldn't have enough brain power to take my kid for a walk through someone's backyard, look in the window and call 911. I am lucky I can pry my eyes open enough to see straight.

That story is pretty stupid. If I saw some naked dude making coffee in his kitchen..I would laugh and and probably tell the story all day long...I don't think calling the cops would have ever crossed my mind.

I wouldn't bet on it..

I know of a similar story that occurred on Halloween, but I won't share details.. just suffice it to say, I doubt the charges will be dropped, and now the custody of his daughter may be in jeopardy..

There is no way in hell I'd ever take a plea deal on something like this... I would make a jury of my peers convict me because out of 12, I'm sure a few (and I'd only need 1) would find this to be :bs:

But I do seriously think with all the media hype THIS case is getting, it will be dropped, as it should, and I hope it bring judicial awareness to the crap sandwich this type of charge really is when the circumstances are that you are in your own home...

And Bob, I have a friend that allowed the state to STET an indecent exposure charge over something very much like this and I could have beat his ass RAW because he did... I felt he should have fought for a dismissal. Complete vindication!!!

Seems there are two stories here... his and hers.

His: It was 5:30am and he was in his kitchen making coffee when she cut through his yard. He didn't know anyone could see him.

Hers: It was 8:40 a.m. when she was walking her son to school along a path between houses. She said they first spotted Williamson naked in an open door in the car port of his home. She also told police that Williamson then walked across the house to a large window, facing the way she was walking.

The naked truth? Woman's account exposes different story - wtop.com

I'd say it has to be classified as indecent exposure. I mean, if it had been a decent exposure, she wouldn't be complaining now, would she? He must just not measure up....

Somebody just buy this guy some curtains.... But alas, of course there is another story... fact of life that there is always 2 sides, 3 sides, 4 sides, 10 sides to any given story... :jameo:

I know that there are people who commonly walk around their house naked and whatnot..... but if they are in their home, walking by and not standing at the window shaking themselves at passers... what crime is committed? :shrug:

I don't believe it will get a conviction.
