Probably. :lol: He lives back in the woods with no busy streets or even neighbors so there's no reason a cat couldn't go out at his house.

You're all F'in Mad...
Over 2 years ago, I brought my cat came home from a Mennonite farm when she was 8 weeks old. I think her early kitten-hood experience scarred her because she wants nothing of the outside world. She did stand at the open front door while I was painting it this fall, and chase/catch any bugs that tried to come into her house... But thankfully, she isn't interested in getting out.

The fox that lives under my deck keeps this area cat free. She doesn't do too well against the mice.
