Charles County offers swim lessons for infants.

charles county recreation has aquatics thru Lackey and Northpointe High School (indoors) and in the summer there are a few outdoor pools that offer them thru the county as well. Check their website - the spring schedule is out. It's also posted in the Guide.
I sent you a PM with the contact info. for Shelley Mason. She does lessons at her home and is great with kids. We took lessons from her when she did them at the Holiday Inn in Solomons. A couple of years ago she moved them to her home, which is somewhere in St. Mary's. Sorry I can't remember exactly where. Once she moved across the bridge we went elsewhere. She was excellent, though.
