yeah yeah
Not being too personal, but did u take it so u could get back on track?
Clomid is not really used to get back on track persay- they might start you on something like metformin before trying clomid, to bring your cycles back on track. Really, what might happen, is they will put you on bc pills and get you to cycle one month, and then watch you with sonograms and bloodwork on certain cycle days, before even trying the metformin or clomid.
They generally dont try either of those until 1) you have been TTC for 6-mths to a year, 2) once they have done blood work and test your LH and P4 levels, along with your fsh and all that. One they determine there those things fall- you might have to do some things. And its going to have to happen with him getting tested. They will test to see his numbers, along with the morph of the sperm, and motility to show how fast or well they are moving, etc. Once they determine that, you will move onto the next step- depending on where your levels and his levels lie.
There are some things that you can do to up your chances for making yourself more fertile. Start drinking green tea. You can do iced green tea, however, you want to do green tea that has no additives. Green tea helps produce more fertile secretions in the lower regions. Its called cervical mucus. There are all different types that can show you where you are in your cycle. Some that is fertile, some that is offensive to sperm.
You can also start taking folic acid. That will help with things... also- start taking b6 and b4 to help strengthen your luetal phase and helping with your cervical mucus. Start taking your prenats, along with the b6 and b4, and up your d and green tea, and see if you notice a difference.
You can start temping, and you will see a rise and fall when you ovulate and or dont ovulate. It will show you. And so will your cm.. however, it may take a couple of months before you see the actual way your body works. Like someone said above- you only have like a 24 or so hour period- that pg can occur. So you have to watch for those signs.
hrm.. lemme thing of what else. I will be back.
