SO annoying.
I've looked at 4 different recipes from 4 different credible sources - brand names, not some rando with a blog - and all 4 have different cook times, ranging from 45 minutes to 2 hours. Now, in a pressure cooker an additional hour is LONG time. And last time I did it the meat wasn't quite tender, yet the veggies were mush.
So what I'm going to do is cook the meat separately, then add the veggies for the last maybe 10 or 15 minutes.
