I let you off when you put down boxing but this......this just can't be let go.
Look. There is NOTHING more 'down the rabbit hole' than music in terms of 'fixing it'. You get a take you like and you find a mix that works and you move on. I'd MUCH rather have copies of them working on a song rather than version 28.01b of a song that was just fine on the original Maiden album or Killers or RTTH or Piece of Mind Powerslave. I mean, after that, I think it's all digital anyway.
Plus, I am shocked that is not 2" tape.
I would love to recapture driving my Nova, mullet blowing in the wind, smoking an Old Gold while listening to Murders In The Rue Morgue. Maybe, just maybe a re-mastered copy can take me there.
