Just Pointing out where and how I see this getting started

............ I would only wonder about ... how do you rebid this, once IM has the items they kinda get a lock on the job ...... otherwise things have to be moved it cost

The Govt. has their own facility already. It's an old salt mine in Kentucky or WV, don't remember which.
