I understand where you are coming from little buddy...here's why I changed my position...
We are all for peace and that is the best policy for this nation to follow most of the time. However, as long as Sadam Hussein is in power, there can be no peace. smcdem, look at the Middle East...are they living in peace right now? They are not; everyday we see innocents die for no reason other than superifical religious and ethnic reasons. It is time for us to take back that part of the world for the cause of peace. And as you grow older, you will see that the world is not a peaceful place in its natural state. We cannot fix this problem through diplomacy; every effort we make is frustrated or only creates a temporary peace. The world will be peaceful when we win...they will love us when we win.
I am a peace-loving person and it is for that reason that I choose to remove Saddam Hussein from power. It is the right thing to do regardless of our ideology or party.

 Good to hear from you, Dems. Well spoken.
There are those who, I suppose, will never come to a decision for one reason or another. Some want to give more time to diplomacy, others say more and forceful inspectors, still others say Iraq poses no direct threat to the USA.
I think Secy Powell laid out a compelling brief yesterday, I think the intelligence community did it's best to help prove the deceit and evasion Iraq is engaged in, the ties to Al Quaida terrorists pretty convincing as well.
Also, the fact that so many tons of Chem/Biological weapons remain from the '90s is still unaccounted for, with no documentation for it's destruction or disposition.
The suspected movement of these mobile labs prior to daily UN Inspector visits was borne out very well.
It's the primary reason Iraq does not want overflight of the country by U-2 aircraft. Those spy cameras would detail the movements of the labs on wheels and rail lines.
The phone intercepts between Iraqi officers were quite damning I thought: "delete the words 'Nerve Agents' from all records!" You mean the ones we say we don't have?

But really, the the issue that bothers me the most, I guess, is that Iraq is supposed prove they don't have these WMDs to the Inspectors, according to the UN Resolution, and yet the inspectors are being tasked to go out and find them, hunt for them.
As long as Iraq keeps up the "shell game", I'd say it's an impossible task. JMHO.
