Had received an email last week, stating that they would be upgrading in the area, expect interruptions. Greenview Knowles area.

Our home internet service is erratic and unreliable...yet the TV feed on same cable is fine.

Oddly enough, I just received a call from them. Dude wants to come by and check something on the outside. I told him he could, but I haven't been having any issues.

Yep, ours went out just after 4:00, with a restore time around 8:00, per Breezeline text.

And then there's - is Breezeline itself working out for you?

I am now paying about 50% more with Breezeline than I did when it was Metrocast - and they JUST informed me they have to raise my rates, again.

I don't want to cut the cord, but I can't have cable competing with THE MORTGAGE for biggest expense.

Call them and see what they can offer. I've done that a few times.
