It's found in yogurt but you'd have to eat alot of yogurt to get the benefits. It's inexpensive and at Walmart, Target and CVS.

For women taking an antibiotic, it prevents a possible ensuing yeast infection. Great stuff!

Everyone I talk to is or has been sick this past week. Something's going around.

My son woke up on Christmas day throwing up. He was sick all day but felt much better the next morning. I'm suppose to get my flu shot today.
