When he awoke he and Mason-Oaks were throwing toys back and forth at each other and Latoya Mason-Oaks then slapped Roger Wathen. A Criminal Summons was served on Latoya Phyllis Mason-Oakes charging 2nd Degree Assault on Roger Wathen on November 6 by Dfc. David Yingling.
