The only thing I can say about his business is.. by appearances.. he's making enough money to stay in business and do what he does for the kids.. but he's not raping you with his prices to be able to afford the nice store front, the pretty signs.. etc.. It appears to me he's charging just enough to stay in business.

My kids luvvvv Mike. My oldest will go over the bridge just to hang with Mike. He has a special quality when it comes to kids. Have you seen his bus? Yea he fixed that up to take kids all over the place for competitions that they wouldn't have been able to do if it weren't for Mike. We need more good folks like him.

From my karma Haha, ok so hes a dork. Just always treated me like an ass. Ive only ever given him more and more moneyYa I know, I'm honestly surprised he is still in business. He sometimes lacks in people skills.
Walk in the door and hollar "hey you big hairy azzhole" then tell him what you need. Say Hey Dork and engage him in some conversation. He's fairly limited in his social skills being a Baltimoron and Ravens fan ya know.
