Does it exist? I love eating salad, especially once it gets warm outside. But unfortunately, my favorite salad dressings are not the healthiest - ranch and caesar. I may as well eat a burger by the time I add that (and cheese) to my veggies! :killingme

I'm tired of throwing out fat free/low cal salad dressing because it tastes horrible. Has anyone found any brands/flavors of more healthy dressings that actually taste good? I like most salad dressings, just can't seem to find a healthy one that has flavor worth eating. Thanks!

These are my favorites

In My Opinion
It didnt take too long to get used to it

I use black pepper on my salad, no dressing.
like I said, it didnt take too long to get used to it and now its my preferred way to eat my salad.
You can try garlic salt too if that is a better taste for you.

Of all the salad dressing out there I've tried, I really prefer a good oil and vinegar mix (very little olive oil to a good red vinegar). I have this Filippo Berio EVOO salad and vegetable spray, and there are 0 calories - vinegar has maybe a couple of calories.

If you find a good combination, you can have a very flavorful dressing for very few calories.

I like apple cider vinegar and salt/pepper (no calories) If I have a lemon/lime available I will use that instead of the vinegar.

Ken's Raspberry Pecan Fat Free!!! Awesome on a spinach salad.

I have Ken's Raspberry Walnut dressing and love it. I'm sure the pecan is just as good.

Hmmmm, so just lemon/lime with a little salt and pepper. Can't get much lower in calories than that.

Thanks again, everyone. I won't get bored with salad with all these options. Looking forward to finding my favorite lower fat version of ranch too. Can't seem to give it up.
