I don't know if this has anything to do with the problem, but back in the 50's if you had a driver's license many places in the county would sell you a beer. There weren't a lot of teen aged deaths from drinking alcohol back then,, but then things got hot on kids and beer. Dc changed their law from 18 to 21. Now kids don't drink beer any more, they are into Marijuana, and other drugs that are easier to get. They can get MJ and drugs cheaper than cigarettes. The mouths on these young girls and boys are terrible, they have no respect and have no idea how to do a days work.
