I'm done with Fay. I was in Jacksonville this past Thursday when it hit.
But I did go boogie-boarding at 2am Thursday morning with a buddy. Waves were at 6-8ft. It was a good time.
This morning, the Weather Channel reported that the Tallahassee area, and points north, were receiving 4" of rain per hour!
Yowsa!
