....that caused 2 car accidents separated by about 2 miles and 1 hour this afternoon from Dameron to Ridge. Both on 235, both on straight stretches of road, both at a time when very little traffic is in this area. Yup, it's the fault of the heat, cuz we down here in the south know how to drive dammit! Or it could be the fault of those darn northerners that come down to sightsee....

I guarantee you speed was a determining factor in each. It's very rare to see someone doing the speed limit on a straight stretch down 235.

That's almost exactly what I said when my son called to check and make sure it wasn't me. What have we got to be distracted by - there's never any traffic; had to be the heat...unless there's a full moon...

By the way - I think you're the one who mentions Trossbach's occasionally. Are the peaches in yet or is it too soon?
