What kind of upgrade?

Does the document show up corectly on the screen, and screwy when you print, or is the formatting screwed up on the screen too!??

Updgrade to XP. Shows up correctly on the screen, but doesn't print right.

If it's a network printer, delete it from your printer screen, (un-install) then browse to it and re-install from the network, should do the trick!

Printer needs to be re-installed with the XP drivers, which is automatic (we hope) when done on the network!

Started with a blank slate. Everything was just installed.
Call your IT guy, see if the XP drivers were installed on the network for that particular printer.. Someone else in here had this exact problem and doing the un-install re-install solved it..

If they JUST started installing XP as an upgrade good chance they didn't think of installing the XP dirvers to the network printers..

I'll try re-installing in the morning. Thanks for the suggestions.

That crossed my mind, too. I'm home now and trying to forget about until tomorrow. I'm getting ready to park in front of the idiot box and zone out.
