It was just weird to see them with it being cold out because for my entire life I'd never seen a jelly at that time of year in our waters

After living here and being stung so many times, and now working on a crab boat, I think I have become somewhat immune. I still feel them, but they dont bother me much.

These are "moon jellies"..or "spring jellies"...a lot milder than nettles..won't be here for long...

i hope they're not as bad as they were last year...i jumped in the water once and got stung so many times i didn't get back in for the rest of summer! crossing my fingers!
