Do you think it was honestly their intent to kill this kid? 6 on 1, not enough damage to even warrant a hospital stay? Kid goes out that night?

Not a very good "attempt", if you ask me.

First of all. You would have to know all the facts. The charge does not just get thrown around UNLESS the elements of the crime are present. SOOO I am assuming that they were to make the charge. Police (which I am one) will often charge more severe crime in effort to "plea" to a lesser offense OR add multiple charges in effort to "plea" to one or more. Happens all the time. I will assume they charged based on the facts...not that they had

What did you get charged with?

This wasn't a fight, it was a gang beating. Provoked or not.

And he probably would've been thrown in jail if it was Charles County.

Felony assault and battery.
