Jitterbug phones

Anyone know anyone with one? I'm thinking about a cell phone for my Mom who is "modern technology challenged" shall we say?

If it's only for emergencies it's not bad at $10 a month. Not sure how the reception is.

Yeah, just emergencies. I think it was $147 for the phone. $10 for emergencies, $15 for 30 minutes.

I would think simular styled phones would be available through the more popular service providers.
You'd think, but I've never seen them try to sell anything, but more and more complex phones with smaller and smaller buttons. Maybe I'll check the phone store though.

Check out Tracfone, sounds chaeper than the jitterbug

My parents have Tracfones that they use just for emergencies and really like them. They HAVE to be easy to use if my nervous nelly Mom can use it! ha ha
