Avenatti evaded the question, then segued into his personal demands:

I mean, the details in this declaration are specific; uh, hey are shocking, uh, but above all else they are true, and my client stands behind them 100% and she’s looking forward to having an opportunity to meet with one or more FBI agents, hopefully, and describe what happened, and she’s also prepared to testify if she’s permitted to do so, to the U.S. Senate. But under no circumstances should Brett Kavanaugh be confirmed to the Supreme Court until these allegations and others are fully vetted, uh, and all of the facts and the truth are known.

You know, Brett Kavanaugh went on Fox a couple of days ago, and he stated that he wanted an opportunity to be heard. Well, he’s had an opportunity to be heard; he can certainly have an opportunity to be heard further by the FBI and others; I want my client to have an opportunity to be heard. I want Dr. Ford to have an opportunity to be heard, and I want the cooperating witnesses to have an opportunity to be heard.​

Although she does not accuse Kavanaugh of sexual assault specifically, Swetnick calls Kavanaugh's claims of being a virgin throughout high school and college a "lie" and says that Kavanaugh and others would "spike the punch" at parties with "Quaaludes" so that they could "gang rape" women in a side bedroom. She claims Kavanaugh and his friends would form a "train" and sexually assault women in groups.

Swetnick says she became the victim of one of these so-called "gang rape trains" at a party where Kavanaugh and Judge were "present," potentially implying that Kavanaugh and Judge ran a sophisticated gang-rape ring when the pair was only 15.

Avenatti, in his initial interviews on the subject, said he had proof that Kavanaugh had participated in these "gang rape trains," but that does not appear to be the case.

First off, she graduated in 1980, when Kav was a freshman in high school. College kids do not go to high school parties, especially during the school year when they would be at their own. Doesn’t sound right. What self respecting college kid would be caught dead at a high school party. She would be 20 and they would be 16. Not working for me.

Yet, she makes no direct accusations of sexual assault against Kav, unless spiking the punch, she says there were Qualudes, and that he was on line for a “train” rape. These are weak, because it means little, without seeing an assault or having a real victim.

We also need dates, places, times and real victims. You cannot accuse someone of felonies 40 years later without facts. This is a smear. This is to drive other women to undergo memory expansion and declare that Brett Kavanaugh raped them.

She says she was gang raped and incapacitated herself, but she also said the punch was spiked and she would not go near it. She contradicts herself. If you knew it was spiked then why did you drink it and become incapacitated? Why did you return to these parties if you knew this was going on? She says there were many parties, so this makes no sense.

Don’t even ask about police reports or hospital reports. She was drugged and raped and this nice Jewish girl did not go to the police. I AM NOT BUYING IT.

High school boys are boors, that is well known and they do grind girls and take liberties, but Kavanaugh is not a rapist, so this is another crap smear. And I am not holding high school drinking antics against the stellar life he has led. This is garbage.

But I haven't mentioned one other critical fact. Swetnik graduated high school in 1980. That means she was an adult when she attended these high school gang rape parties. So, she not only went to parties with minors when she was an adult, but she went with the knowledge that violent sex crimes were being committed, and she never contacted the authorities. That would make her, at a minimum, complicit. Or she's lying about the whole thing. There doesn't seem to be much room in between.

BREAKING: Judiciary Committee Responds To ‘Gang Rape’ Accusation


Avenatti's client, Julie Swetnick, claims that she attended not just one, but several parties where women were drugged with spiked drinks and then raped by scores of boys. Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge were allegedly "present" at these parties; Swetnick does not claim Kavanaugh assaulted her or participated in the gang rapes, nor does she name a single person beyond Kavanaugh and Judge. Not a single corroborating witness has come forward to support these wild claims that somehow escaped six FBI background checks.

Kavanaugh has issued a forceful denial, saying they are "from The Twilight Zone" and does not know Julie Swetnick.

Be that as it may, each of these allegations will get investigated and the Senate Judiciary Committee will be investigating the claims:
