I agree about the customer service. I love to go there and have the owner or employees greet me like I have known them forever. The owner even remembers my children's names. I feel safe with my kids there, too.

You're a LOON :)
Took my little one there yesterday. Had our usual good time. Went to buy a bottle of water and staff member was quick to point out they had a water bubbler that I could use for free to give my daughter something to drink. She even gave me a marker to write her name on her cup. Great customer service.

Was surprised to see some parents that just hid in the wifi room and let their kids run rampant. I love playing with my girl when she and I go there. You don't get to hear those giggles forever.

I thought they didn't let adults on the stuff anymore? I vaguely remember someone mentioning that in here awhile back .

They don't let adults on unless they are helping a small child. Doesn't mean you can't run around back there and chase after your kids. I have seen lots of parents interacting with their kids without getting on the bouncers. Still a great time! And at the end, my kids are exhausted, so everyone is happy.

What are appropriate ages for the JumpYard....anything a toddler could enjoy or is it for older kids? Does anyone know the hours? Cost?

They don't unless you are assisting. I did however go into the inflatables and walk around in it keeping an eye on my kid when there weren't other kids in it. I couldn't help but fall down with her one or twice for fun.
