We must also commit ourselves to fighting the HIV/AIDS epidemic by both reducing the number of HIV infections and providing care and support services to people living with HIV/AIDS across the United States."

Dont think this one is needed. Anytime a gay is beat, it would be a greater crime than if a non gay got beat, regardless of the reason.

Most homosexuals I know are pretty nice people, and as long as they dont bother me i dont care what they do as long as it isnt called normal or marriage. Because it isn't.
