Maryland Sheriff's Association, Association of Maryland County Sheriffs', Maryland Law Enforcement Association. all have a slightly different name.

Did that. The National Do not Call registry does not affect local solicitors. I'm talking about the ones that do their own for the police widows association or whatever.SJSWING said:Or you can just go to the national do not call registery and enter your phone number. It takes about 3 weeks before it takes effect, but it does work and they do stop calling.

I just ask them for their home phone number so I can call them back.Vince said:I do it the easy way. The phone goes "click" and they're gone.
Just ask to be put on their "do not call" list and then if they call you again you tell them you're going to report them to the FCC. There was a thread about this awhile back.SJSWING said:Then I would figure out some way besides the National Registry, like someone had said in a previous post, just send them in monopoly money. I think it would be interesting to see the look on there faces when they open that envelope.
