Just Jumped...

Wanted something a bit nicer than my Coolpix L15, but didn't want to get too deep into lenses and such, so I jumped today and pre-ordered this...

Looks like a pretty nice camera!

It has VR, nice optical zoom range, semi-manual and full manual settings, etc... a lot of the same you would find in a DSLR. Should be a good camera for getting more creative with your photos!

I did a bit of looking and most all were the same price, so I went ahead and ordered from Ritz. Now just have to wait until it is delivered from the manufacturer, then sent to me!!

Hard to tell without a good review up somewhere, but it looks like they took the P80 to the next step. I think it will be a great little camera! The price probably won't vary much since it is brand new.

I was looking at the P80, but when I read some of the reviews, though they were good overall, there were a few things mentioned that looked like they were fixed with the P90. I'm excited. I especially want to be able to take some pics of birds and stuff and I think this will allow me to get better "action" type shots. Also, the zoom will make it easer to get those kinds of shots without scaring the subject away!!

I have the P80 and love it...
I am fairly new to photography, so it was a good choice for me.
Maybe even too advance for me...

It's here!!! Battery is charging. Hopefully I can post a pic or two tomorrow evening!! Can you tell I'm excited? Sorry to be such a pain everyone!!!

FedEx sucks. When i order online i try to avoid companies that use FedEx. UPS is my choice by far.

FedEx does do some strange hours so hopefully it comes in tonight. I have also learned that with FedEx and USPS it's more consistent when you ship to a business address.
