I've been trying to find the news story from way back then, but no luck. Does anyone know the name of the guy that killed him?

Hutchinson was taking Woodall home about 10:55 p.m. Sunday, driving east on Route 231, when the driver of a sedan coming in the other direction swerved into his lane. Maryland State Police investigators said that they still do not know what caused the driver of the sedan, Leopold Manion Juico, 37, to cross the center line of the two-lane road, directly into the path of Hutchinson's oncoming truck.

I knew Justin and his Dad they were good people. Went to Florida in '98 for the wildfires with them. I still think about Justin and his Dad all the time it was very sad.
