I am writing on behalf of the Red Knights Motorcycle Club, Southern Maryland Chapter 4. On September 29, 2007, we are having our annual scholarship fundraising ride, named for Justin Hutchinson, a young Charles County firefighter who was killed in a motor vehicle accident in 2001 while responding to a 911 call. This is a major event every year for the Red Knights Motorcycle Club. Each year, the funds that we raise in Justin’s memory are awarded as a $1000.00 scholarship to a Fire Services student in Charles County.

We are contacting local businesses to offer you the opportunity to support this event. As in previous years, you have the opportunity to donate merchandise or gift certificates to be used as door prizes at the event. This year, we are also offering a Sponsorship opportunity, which, for a $50 minimum donation, will include your business name on the First Official, Justin Hutchinson Memorial Ride event T-shirt.

This is a well-attended event for the Red Knights Motorcycle Club. This event has been so successful that our Chapter is now able to offer an additional $1000.00 scholarship to a Fire Services student in Calvert County as well.

If you would like to be part of this event as a Sponsor or by making a door prize donation, please contact me at michael.davis7.ctr@navy.mil. We will arrange pickup of your donation and provide you with a form for tax purposes. Your donation is completely tax deductible. We will also add your business to the sponsor page on our website.

If you would like to know more about us, visit our website at http://www.rkmcmd4.com/

Thank you for your time and generosity. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 410-586-3294.

Sincerely,

Mike Davis

We usually end up seeing over 100 bikes and this increases each year. Tell your friends to check out rkmcmd4.com for information.
