Pretty sure in cases such as this, and everywhere else around here, Biden would be the only one on the ballot come November. Hell, candidates that have died before an election stay on the ballot. Governor) that certifies the candidates for President and Vice President and the electors after the national party determines the candidates. Nope, they changed their rules, which is why they are doing the "virtual" convention. That way they can get their "chosen one" on the ballot for the general before deadlines become an issue.

None of that is true. Biden/harris are on one ticket and so the votes are presumed to be for both of them. ( As well as the donations)

She has now secured the nomination and and will get the delegates at the DNC.
