After your 8 at the job you still have plenty left over.
That's what I'm talking about.

Chasey, if you already have a TV show that's paying you in the millions, why would you take on a SECOND show when you have kids at home?

Let's forget Kelly - look at Madonna. By all accounts she has enough money to keep her in mansions for as long as she lives. But she releases another album, then goes on a US tour to promote it - with two kids at home in England.

If she just wants her face in the tabloids, all she has to do is walk down the street. She wants to perform? She can do special shows. Why the need to abandon her children to chase what she already has?

Keep her job and organize it to spend more time with the kids. If she is that important of a person, they will work around her schedule. If you ignore your kid saying they want to see you more and you have the ability, then you are selfish. Yet, it is also selfish for her kids, husband, or others directly involved to assume she is just there for them (although a kid really wouldn't knwo any better). A kid, husband, or significant other does not need (nor should have) 24/7 attention just for them. Codependence is bad. :yay:

OK when I was at McKay's in Hollywood picking up a bag of potatoes I happened to see the National Enquirer. Right there on the cover it had the Headline "Kelly Rippa Out of Control, nasty fights with Regis, down to 98lbs."

Sounds like there is much more to this story. Hmmmmmmmmm

I haven't read the whole thread so I don't know if it has been brought up... but... she does a fairly early morning show with Regis. Whose to say she doesn't spend a good part of the day with her kids before she spends another day or two filming Hope & Faith?

Then again her oldest son is probably in school, unless he is home tutored.

Just a thought.

I, as a single parent, leave my daughter in day care and school, but then I spend the best time with her that I can before and after and on weekends.

But then again, I don't have a choice, I HAVE to work to support us.
