I miss that place. They had the best cream of crab soup I've ever tasted. The last time I went there (just prior to them closing), they used artificial crab meat in it. I knew their days were numbered.

I liked the Captain's Table too.

I'll give that a try next time I'm over there. I've been searching for a decent bowl of that for a long time now without much luck. I dearly love Jerry's Place but they put curry powder in their cream of crab. I was so disappointed.

Capt. Leonards has really good cream of crab soup.

Curry on buttered wheat toast and a cold Corona. Breakfast of champeens.

I put just a quick shake of curry powder in chicken salad and fried rice. Bumps it up just enough.t

The places that Bird Dog mentioned...and Capt. Pat's in Drayden too. Ruddy Duck on St. George's Island has been turning out good food too.

Wow... Courtney's is still there? It wasn't that much to look at the last time I eat there in the early 2000s.

It had a booming business last week around lunchtime when I drove thru. Place looks like hell, and the surrounding property is even worse. I've never been tempted to eat there because of the look.

Like it was built on an Indian burial ground or something. There are a couple of locations in SMC (and Solomons) that should have done really well but every restaurant that goes in them dies.
