Warm Crab Dip

And you will take ME to dinner..

1 stick of softened cream cheese
1 cup of Hellman's Mayonnaise
at least 1 pound of crab meat
1-1 1/2 tablespoons of Old Bay
1-2 teaspoons of Worchestershire
1/4-1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco

Mix all together and spread in a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle top with Old Bay.
Bake in a 325 degree oven for 40 minutes or until it bubbles and top is brown.
Dip in crackers or spread on toast squares.

Warm Crab Dip
:yum: That's one of my favorite recipes. :yay:

I haven't looked to see what's in the fridge for dinner. I'll be using up leftovers I suppose. :ohwell:

But I do know I have strawberries for dessert. :yum: :cartwheel

Dayum Gumbo, I'd never expected to be some dude's cookin' fantasy... well not in the kitchen sense...:roflmao:

I cheated tonight and simply threw some southwest seasoning on some boneless chicken breast, grilled it up real fast, chopped it up and put it on a bed of lettuce, snow peas, cherry tomatoes and green peppers. Of course there was ranch dressing and a pinch of trio shredded cheese on top. :yum:

What I wish I was having...

Southern Maryland Crab Cakes

2 pounds fresh crabmeat
2 eggs
½ cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
2 tablespoons minced fresh parley
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
¼ teaspoon tabasco sauce
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Saltine cracker crumbs

Mix all the ingredients (except crabmeat) together in a bowl. Add crabmeat and mix gently. Form into cakes and coat in cracker crumbs. Broil or fry until golden brown. They also freeze well.

Makes 1 dozen.
