La Plata Tractor Repair

Has anyone had any dealing with La Plata Tractor Repair? They came out to fix ours, picked it up, we paid them and they brought it back. We thought it was running great but within the first hour of using it, something went wrong (with a part my husband says they worked on). Now they didn't show up to pick it up for the second time - at a time they arranged - and will not return our phone calls. Their phone is always in voicemail only mode.

Just wondered if anyone else had used them and experienced this.

Hopefully the company you used will stand by their work or at least refund your money....

In the event you have a Kabota and need to find an alternative...
I use Hugh Gardiner located just off Crain hwy, 301-934-2841.
Not sure what other tractors they deal with but doesn't hurt to ask...

Our tractor was way overdue for maintenance, the fuel filter clogged when I got it started and we couldn't get it started again. Because we had planned to trailer it over there anyway... We called them, they picked it up, fixed the fuel filter issue, completed the overdue maintenance that was needed and, we picked it up (they will also bring it back). They did all of this during the peak season and were reasonably priced. Great Service!

Hugh Gardner also services Cub Cadet. Our family has done business with them for years and they are great folks to work with
