Thanks

Thanks to everyone at the Saint Charles Sportsman's Club!

It was a lot of fun! :yahoo:

I am definitely interested in learning more, which will come with experience.

I will be back - hopefully with friends in tow!

I was just working on the write-up for the club's monthly newsletter when I got an email update to the thread.

Glad you had a good time. :yay: I'll be sure to pass your words along to all the RSO's who worked the event.

Yes they are! It was very warm and humid on the firing line last night even though the ventilation system recirculates total air capacity every 40 seconds. Some of the guys were down there for 2 hours without a break and one was there all afternoon with his JROTC group and stayed on for this event.

It will be cooler in September, then in winter we will freeze our hands off.

Someone once remarked that we have heating and air conditioning down there, it's just that it's heated in the summer and AC'd in the winter.

If not for the cost of rounds, I'd be there every week

The next Ladies Night will be in September. As soon as I have a date I'll start a new thread.

Do the ladies have to bring their own pictures of their husbands/ boyfriends or does the range supply the targets??

You mean, somewhere in the fine print there isn't something that says, "Ladies bring your husbands/boyfriends/girlfriends." "THEY can participate;" but won't spell out HOW they will participate?

Then, after you get there, they say, "Okay, you take this target over there and hold it above your head."
