Lots in St James-Valley Lee range from 150k-179k
Lots in Hollywood-Leonardtown range from 170k-200k
Lots in Mechanicsville-Charlotte Hall range from 180k-210k

With a wooded lot you need a Forest Conservation area, meaning you couldn't just clear the entire 3 acres..

And today a quarter acre lot in Drum Point is selling for between 75 and 80k. Unfreakingbelievable.
