With a wooded lot you need a Forest Conservation area, meaning you couldn't just clear the entire 3 acres..

I brought my property the same year: 5 acres for $52K. And no, I wasn't related in any way, shape, or form to the owner. :lol:

And today a quarter acre lot in Drum Point is selling for between 75 and 80k. Unfreakingbelievable. :banghead:
