If it's Edward R. Toyer, then he appears to have a few run-in's with the law.... His middle name is 'Robert'. Edward was born in 1954.

However, there is another guy who's probably related to him 'Ronald Lee Toyer' (born 1956) who went to court for 'fail to perform contract'. Edward R. Toyer and his wife(?) Norena were the bailbondsmen. He lists the same address as Edward and Norena.

Well, according to the Maryland Judiciary Search, he's (Ronald Lee Toyer) is supposed to be in Charles County District Court for a civil case (restitution)on 08/18/2008

Of course, if he shows up is questionable... "Type:NOT SERVED REASON COMMENTSComplaint No.:001Date:07/09/2008Comment:UNABLE TO FIND SUBJECT HOME FOR SERVICE.

Perhaps if you contacted the police again & asked them to give you a call when they pick him up? Good Luck, he's bound to get caught again.

Thanks Seabreeze, Ronald Lee Toyer isnt the same person but i do believe he is related to Edward R Toyer


I have a friend who is a cop and he looked this guy up for me, seems he has 2 address's, so now that i have this other address, i will try to have him served with civil suit papers again. We'll see how it pans out.

No problem, after a year of trying to serve him civil suit papers, they could not locate him and gave up..SOAB Lesson learned, thats for sure!

Had a guy come do some work around the outside of the house (molding and wood) and searched for a month trying to find ANY indication he was a scam artist..found none and he said payment isnt due until the job is finished..never again will I give ANY money up front to anyone for ANYTHING..I dont care if its sears, or lowes, or whoever.
