Ledo's Pizza in Waldorf

So would a bigger building make the food better?

And I am 100% sure they have other things on the menu

I usually do not respond to these but I thought I might chime in this time.
If anyone ever has a problem please ask for a manager right away. We could have put that pizza right back in the oven for that first person. The menu is pretty big. If you have suggestions, please let me know. We have subs, pasta, apps, salads, wraps, pizza, calzones.
The cheese is smoked provolone. Has been for 50+ years. Not fake!
The pepperoni is thick cut, not like other places. Greasy sometimes? Yep! But sure is good. Please feel free to contact me anytime. The phone number is 301 645 5336(ledo). We have been at this location for 22 years.
Also, about the bigger building, we have added a party room in the back, you should check it out. Holds up to 50 people.
Thanks.

I love it when a manager takes the initiative to respond to these types of threads... shows acknowledgement of the customer concerns and also gives opportunity for clarification... I respect your post...:yay:

So do I but I will also state again a customer should not have to ask for his pizza crust to be cooked also a party room in the back does'nt help the customers being almost on top of each other up front.:coffee:

Surely you jest ...
I think many people like Ledo pizza because the pepperoni is sliced thick. As for the grease, a blot with a napkin fixes that. That's what my son-in-law does. Its all a matter of taste. I like their pizza plain, I want to taste the great sauce, cheese and crust...not pep, sausage, green pepper. *shrugs* go figure.

The only other pizza I ever cared for in SM was at Panera. Oh my, the great sauce, crust and blend of cheeses was the best. A real satisfier. It was high dollar though and alas I suspect that was why it was removed from the menu, not enough sales maybe?

:cds: Sorry for outburst but it still hurts...

Anyway, if someone doesn't like the food or setting in any restaurant, there are a dozen more to try around the corner. There is no shortage around here. CC or SM. Like the bad tv show, why complain just change the channel. :)

I don't mean it's raw, but most restaurants won't do "well-done" unless you specifically ask for it. When we order Domino's, I always ask for it well-done (unless it's thin crust) and then promptly turn on the oven because I know it won't be. If I go out for pizza, I'm not afraid to ask them to leave it in a little longer to ensure that it comes out the way I want it.

When you bring the pizza to the table it should be cooked...were not talking steak here.

If they'd pre-cook the pepperoni, that would fix it too. Or they could actually blot the pizza :)eyebrow:) before serving it.

You would think having customers ask when they order a pizza to have it blotted before serving it they would catch a hint it is too greasy

That's the first thing we would do when we brought a Ledo's pizza home... Throw paper towels on top to blot all the grease...

We ask them to do that and then we do it again when we eat it  I normally get the pizza more so for the kids and a salad for us. We might have a slice or two but thats it.

Their house dressing is addicting though. Love that stuff!
