Legs workout!

Here is what I do:

Running
Lunges both static and dynamic
Squats

Static is stationary. You just switch legs. You do 10 lunges on the right, and than switch to 10 lunges on the left.

Dynamic is doing lunges while you walk. Switching back and forth on your legs.

Thanks! :huggy: I've actually been running quite a bit lately, I'll have to keep that in mind. But I'm not a runner by any means...a long run to me is 30-45 minutes.
