Level 3 Sex Offender Wins Big In Lottery.......

"UXBRIDGE, Mass. -- A convicted Level 3 sex offender has won $10 million in the Massachusetts State Lottery.

The Worcester Gazette & Telegram reports 56-year-old Daniel Snay, of Uxbridge, could now face charges because he failed to notify authorities that he had moved, according to Connecticut State Police"

Sucks the guy is a sex offender but I am sure he didn't buy his ticket from a 10 year old. Not unfair that he one. Just sucks to be the guy/girl that didn't win. Suck it up kids. He won fair and square and thats the way the cookie crumbles. Next thing that will happen is that they will say he exposes himself to urinals and try to get him for that too.:lmao:

Hopefully the statute of limitations for civil penalties hasn't run out on any of his victims, and they can sue him and take all his winnings! It isn't as if this type of assault leaves you once the physical wounds subside.

No telling when his last offense was. Keep in my mind I don't support his history one bit but I don't think he should be without the right to hit the lottery of he choses. People do stupid things for stupid reasons and sometimes because they are just sick. I don't disagree that a .45 between theyes isn't warranted for his actions but hey, he won the lottery. Big F'n deal. Maybe you are angry because you didn't win it.

People do stupid things once Flow, after once those "stupid" things are malicious. I agree, let the guy win the lottery, but I hope there is a way for his victims to take that money from him just as he took something sacred from the victims....their peace of mind.

I'm not angry I didn't win. Didn't know there was a lottery. Don't even play the ones here. Like they say, you gotta play to win.

I am angry for what he did to kids then gets this windfall.

It sure doesn't- it just gives him more ammo to lure little children into his grasp. He can buy expensive toys and goodies that entice kids. Other than that, it should be great. :whistle:

Don't compare being an azz to somebody sometime in your life to molesting people. Come on now.

The dude can use the winnings later on for his attorney fees when he repeats his sick habits.

Some parole laws in some states prohibit gambling. Is winning the lottery in Mass. a gamble?

Whos to say he isn't going to take his winnings and escape the US to lets say Thiland where they'll sell children to him..... never to be seen again. These sick bastards need to be prosecuted and bought to justice more swiftly.
