Hate to say it, but everything happens for a reason. I'm betting, this win will be his end.
The first thing he has to do is explain how he happened to "wander" into the wrong state. Of course that also doesn't say much for how often anybody checks up on whether or not registered offenders really are where they say they are. Arrested six times for offenses? Unless I read that wrong that's an awful lot of times for him to be arrested and yet he is still out on the streets. It doesn't say what those offenses were but if a Level 3 is for serious offenses then why after 6 arrests is he still out and about and so unsupervised he can skip the state unnoticed?
Exactly!! Read the article. Level 3's are the most dangerous and most likely to do it again.
Because they're both scum of the earth and should die slow, painful deaths? :shrug:just curious...
Why does everyone seem to classify "sex offender" as the same thing as "child molester"?
Two different things. You don't need to do something to a child to be on the sex-offender registry
Three levels, three being the worst. Level 3 is aggravated sexual assault. Beating, maiming, torturing, etc. in conjuction with the sexual assault.Would someone please explain to me WTF these "levels" are?
Why is level 3 more dangerous than a level 4? WTF is a level 4? And please don't give me a link. I asked this before, and I was answered with a link that didn't tell me dick. Just a bunch of lawyer-speak.
Pretend I'm at work, and don't have a lot of time to decipher legalese.
