Light on flash at 231 and 5

What's the deal? There were cops directing traffic last night on the way home. They weren't allowing southbound traffic to turn left on 231, but there were no restrictions on northbound making a right. Light was still on flash at 5:50 this morning, but no cops around.

I saw the cops there at 7pm (directing traffic) but then the light was working around 9:30pm last night.

It wasn't working at all when we went through on Saturday. Light going N/S bound was stuck on red. No police directing traffic, and surprisingly everyone was properly taking their turns so no huge backup. On the way back through it was terrible. The police were parked in the right hand turn lane off of 231, which caused pandemonium. :jameo:
