Logic I can't follow.

Yesterday I received a call from the wife asking me to make an appointment with the groomers for the Hairball 1 and 2. I make the appointment for today since they had an opening. I get home last night and tell her the appointment is for today, the next thing I hear is: "Noooo, they are filthy". I pay $70-80 for a shampoo and grooming and they are supposed to be clean when I take them? Sheesh...............
