Good Lord Mister! you should get rid a that bug right away! It is a mutant lady bug from Calvert Cliffs. I aint sure if it is dangerous but you better be safer than sorry. I got an infestation of those mutant lady bugs one time cause I snuck over to Calvert Cliffs to get barrels for an invention I was workin on cause another inventer Marcus Peppercorn told me you can get some good stuff out in their trash heap before they cart it off to New Mexico. I got 4 barrels and took em home. Most of the barrels had some green stuff in them and I just dumped it out behind the trailer and painted them quick cause they had Calvert Cliffs markins on em. Not long after I dumped that stuff out I noticed a few big bugs exactly like that one there in your picture but I paid it no mind. Then one morning Momma Rugg was headin out to pick some okra and I heard her shriek and start yellin Bible verses on the back screen porch. I ran out and she was surrounded by them mutant lady bugs and she was a stompin and a smashin. She looked like one of them Riverdance fellas. She made it almost through the whole book of Revelations by memory before she stomped the last one. At first Momma Rugg figgered it was a pox sent by Satan but bein the scientist I am I figgered out it was mutant lady bugs from the green stuff from those drums. I aint sure I convinced her totally, she don’t scream when she sees lady bugs no more but I do see her say a quick prayer.
