Looking for Contractor for some remodling jobs

I am looking for a contractor for some small remodeling jobs. The first job includes installing an exhaust fan in small bathroom, retiling a tile shower and the shower pan, installing a new shower door, retiling the bathroom floor, replacing the closet flange (old one is rusted out) and installing a nice new toilet. I plan on doing the rest of the work myself, I am a little OCD and most contractors work bugs me how they cut corners or leave little things undone.

Anyone have any suggestions?

If I like their work I will have them do my larger bathroom at a later time.

"Olde Tyme" home improvements does excellent work. They tiled both of my bathroom floors. He lives in Huntingtown (Calvert).

The latest came highly recommended, but doesn't show up when he says he will and doesn't call. I wasted a whole weekend waiting for him. Simple job, too. Just some soffit work.

I think he's lost out on the huge window replacement and dormer addition.

yeah. Sounded promising, but I've yet to see any work get started, so can't comment on his abilities. And I'm not going to chase after him and keep calling. If he can't be where he say's he's going to be, he loses the work.

Ive just finished having several home improvements, from laminated flooring in most of the upstairs, duraceramic tile floors in the kitchen, bathroom, and most of the downstairs, crown molding in most of the upstairs and new steps in the foyer. I used True Quality Home Improvement in Mechcanicsville and am 100% satisfied. The workers were great.

I talked to him today. He said he has your materials. I told him to call you ASAP.
