I lost two bassets in that area about 7 years ago. they will cold trail a deer for miles. I hope you get them back safe.

Yep, we've been up and down every driveway and road. And I've been going out every 15 minutes or so to holler and listen. Jezebell gets cold real easy too:frown:

When my sisters dogs got out a neighbor took them in that night and didn't call her until the next day. Try to keep that in mind. Maybe someone has the best of intentions and is taking care of them not realizing you are frantic.

Oh I'm so sorry. Are they chipped? Do they have collars, tags? Can you call the county police, will they keep a lookout? Have they been out before?

CMC, If they don't come home tonight... please put an add in the SOMD.COM classified under "lost and found". That is the first place I check when a stray wanders through my yard.
