Yep, we've been up and down every driveway and road. And I've been going out every 15 minutes or so to holler and listen. Jezebell gets cold real easy too:frown:

Sorry, I looked for them as I came home and looked around my yard to see if they were around, but no luck. I'll holler if I see them or hear of somebody knowing where they are.

I wasn't near there, but I will keep my eyes open.

I feel so close to the younger one after she peed on me when she was a baby.

CMC, If they don't come home tonight... please put an add in the SOMD.COM classified under "lost and found". That is the first place I check when a stray wanders through my BEDROOM.

:FIXED:

a little humor never hurts anyone :lmao:

I just walked the street.
Didn't see anything.
But I did hear a lot of dog action (barking) behind us.
Have you checked out that neighborhood yet?

Wishing you the best CMC, and hoping they come home soon.

Which neighborhood? Chimpmonk Hills? or Chimpmunk Ridge?

With so many ears and eyes open they've got to be found soon! Hopefully today will be the day - keep your spirits up - they are tougher dogs than you think and will have been fine overnight. :huggy:

I hope you find them!! Don't worry, I'm sure they'll come back or you'll find them somewhere close-by. My cat was lost for 5 weeks, and we eventually found him...and he hates people! I'm sure your dogs will come back soon.

:huggy:

Thank you so much for the well wishes and the information of where else to look! I greatly, greatly appreciate it!!

I was up most of the night and there is still no sign of them. I'm getting ready to head out and buy some posterboard to start putting signs up.

They'll answer to their names and the shake of a treat box!

I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY hope they make their way home soon! I've seriously got knots in my stomach on your behalf - just thinking about how you must feel! :sendingpositivethoughtsyourway: :huggy: Keep us posted!

I bet they'll turn up. Our fat beagle disapeared for over a week, was certain he was gone forever and he turned up, soaking wet, but fatter than ever. :ohwell:

It's an awful feeling when they go missing, but keep up hope, they're more resilient than we give them credit for. Plus they're together, so they can keep each other warm. :yay:

That's probably the best thing to do at this point. There's a lot of traffic along the road and someone's bound to see them. Just make sure you put them in a wide radius as dogs can travel quite a distance. I hope they get safely home soon.

:yay: As will mine.

Another thought....some years back the local radio stations use to mention lost pets. Maybe the don't do it anymore but wouldn't hurt to call. Call all vets in St. Mary's...groomers...all rescues.

Are you certain they escaped and weren't stolen?

I can't stop thinking about them.

I'm certain. I had just hopped out of the shower when boy #1 came running in saying they escaped. I then saw them hauling butt up the driveway like they were on a mission.

There's been alot of stray dogs around here lately so I'm sure that has probably peaked their interest too. They are very hard headed and nosey. They want to be all up in everyone's business and don't want you bothering them about it:lol: When I hollered for them I think they ran even faster:ohwell:

Any other time when I try to make them go out for a little bit in the cold I have to literally shove them out the door.

I just did another round of driving up and down the road and all the signs are up. So I'll wait a few hours here and go out again.

Someone has got to have seen them or should see them and the signs sometime soon.

Thanks again everyone!
