thank you so much you can give me a call on my cell 240-298-6511 and let me know what you find out if you don't mind....:huggy:

The sign that red_explorer mentioned (man, she has good eyes - I wouldn't have even noticed the sign!) doesn't have a pic and it says "FOUND GERMAN SHEPARD", with a phone #. I tried to call the number but didn't get an answer. I sent you a pm with the phone #. I don't know that anyone would necessarily consider Shelby a german shepard or that she'd be all the way in PF but who knows? It's worth a call.

Thanks you so much I'm headed up that way after work to post signs and going to the womans house to see if maybe she's just hiding in the woods but I know my Shelby and she's trying to get home!!!

I'm sure you've already been up this way, but just couldn't let you come by without reminding you to leave some flyers with the Amish!! With all the farms, they would probably take in another dog without even recognizing it!! Make sure to leave flyers at the Charlotte Hall Library!!!! Also, Cartwright's Texaco, Tidewater Pharmacy, Fred's Liquor, etc.

Hubby and I have somehow had several strays show up at our house throughout the years. He gets home before me. I told him to watch out for a Shep mix named Shelby, and if he sees her, to try to keep her from leaving!! We're doing all we can here!! :huggy: BTW, we're near Golden Beach.

Just got back home and yes we left flyers with the Amish and placed in lots of mail boxes. I had to come home and make more for tomorow. We posted quite a few with the Amish at the market, the library, there was also a kennel on 6 also....up and down route 6.I have one at tidewater vet..we are going to regroup tonight, print more flyers and head back out tomorrow...we are off thank goodness. It's been three days since she left route 6 area so she could really be anywhere....we talked to one gentleman that said his dog ended up at buds creek area and another that tried to give us their 12 year old bassett hound....she made me laugh...Hey check out the baynet front page...they are so awesome!!!! Thanks for everones help, thoughts, prayers and concerns.....I can't say it enough:flowers::huggy:we will find her!!!

We just got back form traveling every road from flora corner back to our house and posted flyers all over.....at least it looks like she is on the ride side of 235 now and desperately trying to find her way home....we called an called for her but still no shelby...she had traveled a long way from route 6 to floral corner so we're just praying that she will find her way home. She's on a mission!!! please keep you eyes open if the weather gets bad as she might just come knocking on your door to come in as she is afraid of thunder storm. Thank you all so much for all you are doing to help us find our little girl. We met the lady R that called this morning also out looking for her. you all are the greatest.....and I know our Shelby knows we will do all in our power to get her home safely.... St. Mary's today has also posted her flyer on their front page. we are just so touched by all that everyone is doing!!!!

Update: Thanks buttercup
just got back from looking again all morning hoping she has found shelter till the storm clears up. Took a flyer to the Tri county shelter and wanted to bring all the animals home with me...I guess you never realize how many need help till you have to experience what we are going through. They are great people with loving heats there to do what they do to help these animals. I know I will now become a supporter and I hope others will join me......I feel really bad that it took this to make me realize how many are treated badly and just want a loving home...It was very sad walking through there to see all those sad faces just looking for someone to love them...... Our Shelby was from a litter found on the side of the road in a box..... Please keep her in your prayers that she make it home safely...thanks to all for all your support!!!

I would just like for someone to spot her to make for sure she's still OK..The waiting and wondering is what gets you....a lot of my posters got soaked today so wouking on new ones to put out tomorrow......It's been two days now since the last one....thanks for the hugs lady....

Received a phone call this evening that Shelby was seen yesterday on Queentree Road that is Oakville area. Looks like she is trying really hard, but the woman said she saw her the day before first time on Queentree then headed back up 235 going through people's yards towards the corner carry out staying off the road, looks like she could have been going in a circle for a day or two, but the last she saw her was back on queentree we are praying she got back on track south...that is still 9 miles away from her home.

Thanks Paso I'll definetly remember that.....we just came from there been looking all day and reposting signs as some got wet because we didn't have the correct protectors on them. We were right in that area when we received the call....... we'll be back out in the morning and that is my fear that she's now getting tired she's come a long way......

Great news!!! Glad to hear she is getting closer to home. If you haven't already, get bunches of signs up in Sandgates and off of Jones Wharf! Sounds like she is headed your way!! :huggy:

Those were the ones we replaced first tonight and will finish in the morning.... I feel better that she was seen yesterday...she's a tough little girl and on a mission!!!!I would rather us just meet in the middle!!!!Keep those prayers going ....And this is a little weird the lady that initially picked her up named her ANGEL!!!! I think she has one traveling with her....
