im one of the most pro 2ndA guys on this site. Tyranny and revolution happen all the time, it could certainly happen here again.

That being said, we aren’t anywhere near even talking about rising up. A group of people working public opinion and the legislature to try to affect a change is not tyranny. It is our system.

Given how far our government is from the Constitution, perhaps we should be talking it? Is it time?

My point is you aren't going to beat the US military at a fire fight on their own soil.

Using that as an excuse to own an assault rifle is not a valid argument.

It's actually the very definition of a valid point. Those people should have been able to have the weapons to effectively defend themselves from Clinton, Reno, and their thugs. It is the very reason that you SHOULD be able to own what is actually an assault rifle (not an AR-15, which is not an assault rifle).
