The filet looks very yummy! A peppercorned entree just scares me as a heavy black/peppercorn mélange upsets my tummy, especially when in combo with a cream sauce... And I wouldn't want to look and be a fool giving special instructions at a chef's restaurant... Applebee's, okay...
