I would venture to say that those who were arrested are already on their way home..
They need 6 months of hard time, That would break this sht up.

When I was in marching band I marched bass drum, my vision field in front of me was quite limited, I hit a cop that wandered too close, knocked over a camera on tripod, stepped on a news camera that the idiot laid down on the street, and even got an empty baby carriage caught on my pantleg dragging it half a block.

If all of that happened to me during one event I might consider it a sign that marching band isn't for me.
