All Up In Your Grill

Wow! Are they expensive. $169 for basic package (14 kids + birthday kid) but prices will go up after 1/1/08. Plus if you have it somewhere other than your house, you have to pay for the venue. I was thinking about having it at Southern Community Center (anyone know how much renting a room for a few hours costs??). They offer extras though like a hover craft ride, bubbling potions, cotton candy making and rocket launching. Not sure if this is in the cards or not for my son. Will have a hard time trying to convice Daddy that we should spend that kind of money for a 7 year olds birthday. I have until January to decide so who knows??!!

Actually, that's NOT a bad deal. If you were to host a party at McDonald's, it would cost you around $5.00 a kid. With this deal, it's costing you twice as much, but they are getting much more out of it. Chuck E. Cheese? Yeah, you'd drop $200 easy. It all depends on what you do for your kid. I usually spend $200 on my kids for their birthday, beit a gift or a party. But if they get a party, I don't usually buy them an extravagant gift - just something small they've been asking for.

I didn't say it was a bad deal. I said it was expensive. I think I'll be able to win Daddy over though.
